Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Return or exchange requests can be made within 30 days of your purchase date.
  • We do not refund or exchange specials.
  • We do not refund for change of mind purchase.
  • To return or exchange any items, please email us at customercare@uglyswan.com.au , clearly mentioning your order number and our customer support team will guide you on the process.
  • To be eligible for return, products must be in the exact condition you received them in. All packaging material must be undamaged.
  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation fees might be charged.
  • Due to the nature of the products that we sell, we will not be able to replace or refund unwanted items or broken items if they are over the 30 day purchase date.
  • The refund will not include the import duties or the cost of delivery or return postage.
  • If your refund is approved, then it will automatically be credited to the original method of payment, within 7-10 days.
  • Ugly Swan® reserves the right to alter and enforce this Return and Refund Policy at any time without having to serve a prior notice to users

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customercare@uglyswan.com.au

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@uglyswan.com.au and send your item to: Ugly Swan PO Box 134 Fullarton SA 5063. 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Ugly Swan PO Box 134, Fullarton, SA, 5063

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of $8.95 return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
